We watched with earnest as Eric and his crew efficiently prepared and served our meal to roughly 150 people. The great thing about it was Eric and his crew made everything from scratch! He then proceeded to ask pertinent questions and was extremely professional from first contact to the completion of our event. The dinner his team of professionals prepared was beyond 5 star! It was just like dinner at home. Chef Eric really listened and put together an event that our entire staff is still talking about to this day. We booked Christmas again with 3 Feathers Catering and also booked our Labor Day party with Chef Fender as well. I highly recommend Chef Fender and his associates at 3 Feathers Catering.

It felt so good to have your staff with us again and the wonderful menu so beautifully displayed. Our party was a good success and I felt completely relaxed knowing that your staff was taking care of our guests in such a professional way. We saw some of our guests the next night and received compliments about the food - the spring rolls were so very delicious, but so was everything else as well.
